Raftaar Movie Storyline and Plot
The story of Raftaar unfolds against the backdrop of India’s rapidly evolving education technology (EdTech) ecosystem, where innovation and competition are the primary drivers and where ambitious entrepreneurs can find ample opportunities to thrive. This story is about the melding of two passionate characters: a committed teacher and a passionate entrepreneur who join forces to build a business to promote affordable and accessible education.
Initially they have a vision of success in their professional life and in their social work. However, as the business grows the challenges become more complex. Every person gets under pressure to develop, to attract attention and to make money. Their values, aspirations and personal relationships gradually become a challenge due to a simple mission.
Raftaar is one of those movies that at its essence is about success over sacrifice. The movie explores the ways in which individuals can be driven to gain, especially in a setting wherein cash and power are intertwined with professional success. It also explores the possibility of taking the route of success, and undermining the relationships and principles that brought them to it.
Raftaar translates to speed, an emblem of the speed at which business happens today and the need to keep going forward. The film’s story line is that it is possible that the rewards of growth can come, but that the consequences can be tough if it’s based on ambition rather than responsibility.
The film does not promise an easy road to success for entrepreneurs, but rather a look at the emotional and ethical aspects of entrepreneurship. Sisters will view a presentation of relationships and the nature of business and personal choices. It’s going to be clearer what the character arc and major events will be when the film comes out.
